Workflows in Origami facilitate the timely initiation of a peer review, including the automatic triggering of queries to review coordinators in the event of a patient safety incident. 

Designated peer review coordinators can also access specific tools in Origami to initiate the process with all members of the review team. Results are automatically tabulated, formatted, and disseminated as appropriate to peer review committees for further review. When warranted, committee leaders can assign individual performance improvement plans, and leverage pre-configured emails and document templates to communicate the next steps to individuals being reviewed.

Dashboards embedded within the standard solution allows peer review coordinators to monitor different cases, peer reviews, as well as the progress of specific performance improvement plans.
