CHICAGO, June 29, 2016 – Origami Risk, the award-winning risk management Software as a Service (SaaS), has appointed Eric Espeseth as chief information officer.

Mr. Espeseth, who is based at Origami Risk’s headquarters office in Chicago, has more than 20 years of experience in information technology—most of which has been devoted to risk management information systems and evolving cloud-based technology solutions. He spent nearly 16 years with Marsh & McLennan Companies and the firm’s CS STARS operating subsidiary (now known as Marsh ClearSight). Most recently, he worked within the data protection solutions Midwest division of EMC, a global cloud computing, data storage, IT security and big data firm. He worked with customers to enhance and automate data protection, disaster recovery and application availability.
He earned a B.A degree in communications and a master’s degree in communication and information studies (information systems) from Rutgers University.
