Rick Stearns
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer
Rick Stearns serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for Origami Risk and oversees all financial activities including strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, customer insights and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, tax, and treasury. Rick has over 25 years of experience working in financial services and has advised numerous public and private companies on matters relating to corporate finance and strategy.
Prior to joining Origami, Rick was the Founder and Managing Partner of Riker Capital, a Chicago-based merchant banking firm. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Lazard.
Rick received the Dean’s Award for Academic Achievement at J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management where he earned a Master’s in Management. He received his B.A. from Amherst College.
Curtis Webb
Vice President of Development
Curtis Webb is the Vice President of Development at Origami, overseeing the continued enhancement of Origami’s SaaS platform and solutions portfolio. Curtis is a proven leader and technologist with over 20 years of experience building performant teams and creating innovative solutions at scale.
Prior to joining Origami, Curtis served as the Vice President of Architecture and Development at Ampersand, where he was the lead architect and implemented Emmy award-winning Ad-Tech platform\technologies.
Curtis holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University, a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, and various technical certifications from Amazon Web Services, Scrum.org, and Okta.
Michelle Wetherill
Vice President of Solution Architecture, Core Solutions
An accomplished risk and insurance technology professional with over 20 years of client service, product management, and consulting experience, Michelle Wetherill serves as the vice president of solution architecture for Origami's Core Solutions division. Her responsibilities include overseeing the division's strategic service plan; establishing and maintaining standard engagement methodologies for frameworks, tools, and resources; and managing the project estimation model for Core implementation projects.
Before joining Origami in 2011, Michelle held a variety of client management and product management roles with the RMIS provider CS STARS.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
Andrew Yeager
Vice President of Sales, Risk Solutions
Andrew is an experienced Revenue Leader with 20+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, customer experience, and P&L management. As Origami Risk Vice President of Sales, Andrew has responsibility for all aspects of the Risk Division’s sales motion, including Marketing Strategy, Business Development, Pipeline Generation, New Logo Sales, Technical Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and GTM Strategy. Andrew also focuses on recruiting and coaching the best individuals to help scale the delivery of client value. Andrews is a firm believer that all things begin with the customer and thus strives to create an environment at Origami where Colleagues focus on customer satisfaction and value proposition delivery.
Prior to joining Origami, Andrew served in various executive roles at IBM, most recently leading the Healthcare and SLED Market Sales Organization as Vice President of Software Sales. Andrew also served as IBM’s Vice President of Data and AI Software, responsible for managing IBM’s multi-billion-dollar Data and AI software business in the Americas. While in these roles, Andrew drove significant growth and profitability with ownership of Field and Technical Sales, Partner Ecosystem, Digital Sales, and Marketing. Before IBM, Andrew held leadership roles at Cintas, Brambles, and Salesforce.com, focusing on marketing, strategy, sales, customer experience, and P&L management.
Andrew is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford Ohio, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance. He received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2011.
