New Solution: Employee Health Case
Streamline the management of employee health information through a single page. Users can now create an employee health case that allows employee health managers to easily track details related to an employee incident, workers compensation claim, or a related employee health records (vaccinations, screenings, and testings). The new solution also allows users to manage any post-incident or case action items, as well as track time when management of an employee health case is completed by a third-party.
Once a new employee health case is initiated, an Employee Health Case Owner can be assigned to lead the case and track the case progress throughout. Employee Health Cases track:
- Employee Details
- Specific Incident or Claim details
- Vaccination Records
- Testings and Screenings
- Previous or Related Claims & Incidents
Additionally, users can create workflows for employee health cases to send communications, create follow-up actions, and monitor case progress.
Employee Profile Enhancements
You can now group people (staff, contractors, volunteers, etc.) together by set criteria in order to assign tasks, set requirements, or organize employees into distinguished groups for any reason. In addition, incorporate vaccinations as well as health records as types of requirements.
