Minda Rossman is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in system implementations and client services. As Vice President of Customer Experience for Origami Risk’s Core Solutions division, Minda is responsible for driving an exceptional customer experience and helping customers maximize their value from the Origami platform. Minda has been with Origami for almost a decade. Her knowledge of the Origami Platform and the insurance industry coupled with her collaborative approach, commitment to building strong partnerships, and relentless focus on customer success will continue to shape our industry-leading client services organization.
Prior to joining Origami Risk, Minda worked at Aon Hewitt in a variety of roles, most recently as a Senior Practice Manager for large market implementations. Minda holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from Eureka College and a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from North Central College.
