For our System Administrators, we made key enhancements to our data import center, claims administration tools, and data entry events as well as system-side updates for added efficiencies. See below for a couple highlights!

• Document Control Enhancements:
  • Bulk QR Code Printing
  • Blueprint Templates for JSA/LOTO
• Electronic OSHA Submissions:
  • The electronic submission of 301/300/300a .csv files is now supported to keep up with new reporting regulations for 2024
• Respiratory Fit Testing to support Employee Health testing and screening

New Feature: Facial Diagram Selector

• The Facial Diagram Selector supports healthcare clients who specialize in certain types of care where there is a need to report injuries to specific teeth and/or facial structures at a more detailed level than the standard Body Part Diagram offers.
• This selector can be added to both Incident and Claim forms, and can be used alongside the existing Body Part Diagram. Users can select parts from two dental charts (adult and pediatric) as well as five different facial diagrams by clicking on the diagram images. Selected parts appear in a table on their associated records.
